Love conquers all.
Love conquers all.

Understand the thought
Meaning in plain English
Love can motivate people to overcome divisions or difficulties. The word “all” expresses an ideal of love’s strength, rather than a literal guarantee.
What the words are saying
The saying gives love the language of victory. Affection may encourage patience, reconciliation or sustained effort that resentment would prevent. In that sense it can overcome a barrier between people or help them endure a shared problem. Its broad wording is hopeful and deliberately emphatic, so it needs judgment when applied to a particular situation. Caring does not supply unlimited time, money or safety, and it does not make every relationship workable. The useful question is what concrete action love can support here.
Everyday example
Two relatives who care about each other listen carefully and repair a disagreement instead of extending it.
When to use it
Use it to celebrate reconciliation or determined care in the face of difficulty.
What it does not mean
Love alone does not resolve every conflict or make an unsafe relationship safe.
